We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – US Staffing

Experience: 5+ Years in US Staffing (Minimum 2–3 years in Business Development/Sales role)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs while delivering staffing solutions across IT & Non-IT roles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and onboard new clients (Direct Clients, MSPs, System Integrators).

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless delivery.

  • Analyze market trends and create growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in US Staffing (with 2–3 years in Business Development).

  • Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.

  • Existing network of MSP/VMS and Direct Clients is a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
