Jr Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Jr Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Synchronage in Hitech City, Hyderabad. As a Jr Digital Marketing Executive, you will assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (SMM)
• Support search engine marketing (SEM) efforts through keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization
• Help with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Knowledge of SMM (Social Media Marketing) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools:
• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with content creation and copywriting
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
